MEC'ALP Industrie enables its customers — designers and manufacturers of capital goods — to stay focused on their core design work by taking charge of assembling their products, in their workshops and on their end customers' sites.

MEC'ALP Industrie carries out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic assembly.

Its scope ranges from simple assembly operations to the assembly of complex components according to the customer's specifications.

Assembly of heavy-tonnage equipment such as hydraulic shears and presses for the metallurgy industry

Pre-assembly in France or Poland by a team of 3 French expatriates with the support of local staff over 4 weeks.

On-site assembly in Russia and/or Ukraine by a team of 4 French expatriates (1 site manager and 3 fitters) with the support of local staff over 2 to 3 weeks.

Assembly of complete production-tool installations for waste recovery

  • Assembly of the steel structure supporting the machine, walkway, stairs and cabin.
  • Assembly of handling conveyors, chutes, hopper and special machines.
  • Over a period ranging from 3 weeks to several months depending on process complexity, with a team of up to 16 people.

Assembly of a conveying installation for mail sorting

  • Installation of roller conveyors.
  • Installation of belt conveyors.
  • Installation of tilt trays to feed the sorter.
  • Modification and adaptation of chutes.
