Dismantling of an industrial unit based in Ireland over 8 weeks by a team of 8. Various machines such as carding machine, extraction hood, extruder and feed rollers. Part of the installation was reassembled in France and another part in Poland by the same staff.

In-house relocation of two production lines including extruders, conveyors and robots in eastern France. A 10-day project with 5 people.
